Srebotnik in Australia!

The best Slovenian player Katarina Srebotnik, who finished on amazing 23rd place had already got to Australia, where she'll try to get used of courts there.Because of her changed program she will have to skip the Thursday's best slovenian sportsman awards. The Velenian will play on 2 tournaments before heading to Melbourne for Australian open.

First, she will head to Gold Coast, to the 175.000 $ tournament, and after she'll go to Sydney for the first tier II of the season with 600.000 of prize money.

Apology for Thursday
Because of serious preparing for the next season, Katarina had to cancel the bests sportsmans awards in Slovenia. She is a candidate for this award but just said she couldn't come.
'I am very proud that I am nominated for the athlete of the year, but sadly I can't be there, because of the changed program, or rather preparing for the Australia tour, so I apologize to you.I also have to say, I thank to all people who voted for me, and congratulations to all the athletes for their successes this year.Sport greeting!' wrote the 25-year old, which will soon be playing on 'hot' Australian courts.
