CJ1 Don't worry she is determined to make her comeback soon

Let's hope the WTA do give her a special ranking as her ranking has suffered badly because of her injury.

GoSandrine I knew something wasn't right when I saw her in New York for the Open. Her loss to Linetskaya was tough to watch.

Come back soon Rita

GABRIEL thanks for the news...altough it is a very bad news ...I was expecting it when I did not see her name at the Morilla Open, a tournament that she always loved....I pray that this does not mean retirement.....

Rita Grande withdraws from Australian Open

Rita Grande has been forced to withdraw from the Australian Open as she is still recovering from her tennis elbow injury
It's been affecting her for over a year, so let's hope she is not forced to retire because of it
