Re: Cindy Burger

46 06 weird match, she had no breakpoints in a close first set but she had 5 in the second and didn't convert any?

Re: Cindy Burger

Cindy skipped Hong Kong but she's in WTA Hobart Q! I had no idea

She's playing against Dodin in Q1 whom she beat last year in Biarritz but that was on clay and Dodin is known as a clay mug will be really tough to beat her on HC, not expecting a win this time.

Re: Cindy Burger

Cindy's schedule for the start of 2016:

04.01.16 $25.000 Hong Kong, China
11.01.16 Australian Open Q

After that she might stay in Australia for some ITF's or return to Europe and play the French ITF tournaments in Andrezieux-Bouthéon and Grenoble.

I also found out she has some family (cousins) living in Brisbane so perhaps that's also why she made her Australian trip last October/November

Re: Cindy Burger

Lost to Serbian talent Jorović, 36 26.

Probably about the level she'll meet in AO Q. Good luck for 2016 Cindy!

Re: Cindy Burger

Nice thing about the ranking system is that every win and only a win counts, doesn't matter who you beat.

Now against Muhammed once again

At least Cindy and Lesley Kerkhove have made quarterfinals this week. Lets hope they can move even further.
