Yeah, from the silence alone it was obviously something was wrong. Was actually a little relieved on reading that; positive tone, recovering already and a clear intent to play soon (fingers, toes, legs, arms... all of them crossed). But it must be unbelievably frustrating for her, particularly as these problems have been a constant in her career. I find her determination and drive to overcome adversity and setbacks admirable (it's one reason why I became a fan in the first place) but it's such a shame that she has to demonstrate both so often

Really heartbroken to hear she is injured again She just cannot ever catch a break.. I already suspected something was wrong because of her absence during the Asian swing and also she's been so quiet on social media.. I really hope to see her in Luxembourg..but only when she's fully healthy again! This is so tough for us fans..but as always this is a zillion times worse for her..

Though she has over just those tournaments shown some decent improvement, clearly playing at a higher level than the bulk of last season and with a strikingly positive mentality. Which makes this news sadder o/c.

It's a bit worrying isn't it; she seemed quite keen to play these tournaments a few weeks ago

No point speculating too much when we'll find out soon enough anway, but though one of the usual reasons () are most likely, worth noting that she is o/c still based in Bradenton and may have been caught up in the general mess if she was there last week.

Hopefully whatever it is it isn't too serious.

I mean, she is not one who enters many tournaments anyway (we discussed about that) but in combination with her permanent illnesses/injuries (or whatever the reason was for this withdrawal again), it all gets even worse...

And - somewhat needless to say but why ever not say it anyway? - that is also very pleasing news.
