Very interesting read about Sasha Oliynykova's story and why her family fled from Ukraine to Croatia and she's started to play for Ukraine

Sashka's Story - sashkatennis.com

Sarita has gifted her some material (her parents are struggling financially) Big changes are coming - thanks to Sara Errani - thanks to #TeamSashka members - blog updates - sashkatennis.com

She has a very touching story, really makes me want to root for her to reach her full potential

Anda Karanusic won her R1 match at $10K Bol today. She now has 3 ranking points from 3 tournaments, so she will enter the WTA rankings for the first time

This week, Iva reached the SF of the G4 in Montenegro. She'll get a new CH ranking of ~570

She'll be #6 among the 20 Croatian girls who have a junior ranking (after Boskovic, Babic, Biskic, Oliynykova and Janko). And she's the second youngest of the 20 (after Masic).

Last week, Iva played a G4 in Qatar. She lost in R2 to the eventual winner. This week she went from #819 to a new CH ranking, #747

This week she's playing another G4 in Qatar. She's into the QF in singles and lost in R2 in doubles. As a result she'll go up to at least ~645

Keep going, Iva!
