Yes, it's the University Babeș-Bolyai, and according to this page
she will be at University of Granada, Spain a semester in 2016/2017. (Erasmus programme)

It's about she lives in Cluj-Napoca and she is studying at university.

So I think it's the University Babeș-Bolyai.

I bet that is hard to find in Hungary an university financed by the State where Hungarian citizen of different ethnicity can study in their own language!
