Re: Kasia Piter

Unfortunately she lost to Ran Tian in the quarterfinals, 6-0 5-7 2-6 No shame, this player has been on fire all week long and already showed some signs of good success at the end of last year.

But Kasia won the doubles trophy with Tammi Patterson This is her 16th doubles title

Re: Kasia Piter

Big win today for Kasia as she defeated Nigina Abduraimova by saving two match points, with fantastic comebacks from 3-6 1-4 down, then 1-5 down in the third set to win 3-6 6-4 7-5 ! Ran Tian next!
Also, she has qualified for the doubles final along with Tammi Patterson (and they def. Barty/Moore in the quarters).

Re: Kasia Piter

Yastremska is already in the juniors top 20 at 15, so she's not a complete nobody though. She comes from a quarterfinal at the juniors AO in singles, and she was also runner-up there in doubles. So it's not so bad actually Even more considering Kasia's form over the last months.
