Well it's a difficult choice since she's won so many

Re: Which was Serena's easiest road to a Slam title?

Every slam run has its own particular challenges. Also, the finalists have no control over the draw or the winners/losers in the draw. The Olympics was easy for Serena, we can say after the fact, even though the draw didn't suggest it would be. As for the Slams, I think none were easy, including 2012, because there was a lot of pressure, self- and publically induced, on Serena.

That doesn't make any sense. Obviously 15 is far more than four, but I don't understand why Serena having 15 majors means Maria has barely four

Put the question this way, other than Enna and St. Kimberle (both long since gone and forgotten), who exactly would be a NON-cakewalk draw for Sereta ? Azarenka ? No. Sharapova ? Hell No. Ludmilla ? Don't make me laugh.
St. Kimberly won as much matches vs Serena as Sharapova. Juju also only 2 matches outside clay

In this case, it does. Kvitova will always be a bigger threat on clay than Vika will ever be. I'm not even sure that Vika will ever reach FO semis.

I know that every single time you write something like this, people bring poor Tsvetana into a discussion, but it's just hard to resist. Calling Ivanovic a scrub, while your fave is a girl who couldn't reach top 30 even with a slam SF points in her ranking, that's just priceless. While slumping Ana is a top 15 player.
Yeah, "slumping Ana". The perennial "slump" of the tour. Last time I checked, slumps don't last for 4 fucking years.

And I wouldn't even bother talking priceless when it comes to VIP's career either. Do you really have time to hear about all those embarrassing losses from somebody who used to be ranked #1 and won a GS?

I'm not comparing Maria's FO draw and Serena's USO draw because it's true that having Vika in the final was a big challenge and if I wanted to compare their draws I would have mentioned Kvitova because we all know she is a more talented player than Vika and a more dangerous one too I would have certainly not mentioned Errani

Exactly...Serena is THAT great, but people just won't see it.
