Re: 2012 PYW Challenger Race

Larriere & Keys and rest below Pfizenmaier have no chance because they are not in Ankara this week.

Krunic needs to win 1 round to knock Gallovits-Hall out.

All top 14 are safe.

Rybarikova & Gallovits-Hall's places decide on how Pfizenmaier and Krunic perform this week.

Krunic just needs to win 1 round and she will be in 14th spot.

Pfizenmaier needs to win 2 rounds.

Re: 2012 PYW Challenger Race | After Cagnes-sur-Mer & Fukuoka!

Excellent idea. Seems like amount of voters already dropped a bit. I keep forgetting actually entering the challenger games section.

Re: 2012 PYW Challenger Race | After Cagnes-sur-Mer & Fukuoka!

Given that there's a separate forum now, maybe we should have a new thread for each tournament? Seems like fewer people vote when 32 matches are listed.

Also maybe Kev should ask for a sticky that redirects to this thread?

Re: 2012 PYW Challenger Race | After Cagnes-sur-Mer & Fukuoka!

Oh. so seed 1 could be anywhere..

It could be like
Olaru v. Davis
Keothavong v. Hrdinova
(2)Dekmeijere v. (1)Minella
Williams v. Hingis

Now i get it

No. Don't change the draws Keep the draws as they are. Just place the seedings according to the rank. This means #1 seed could face #2 seed in the first round. But at least that proves that's going to be a match between two faves of the crowd

Okay I'll do the seeds thingo

It doesn't take long anyway.

So would it work like this?
Say

Minella v. Davis
Keothavong v. Hrdinova
Dekmeijere v. Olaru
Hingis v. Williams

eg. Olaru is 1 seed, Hingis is 2 seed.
The draw will change to
Olaru v. Davis
Keothavong v. Hrdinova
Dekmeijere v. Minella
Williams v. Hingis
