Is there any league or conference, country that has used the 60 second changeover rule? It would be good to get some real metrics, or at least observational narratives from someplace that has done this?

Look at the heat that they have been having in Indiana this summer.

Making players sprint to the bench and gulp water and sports drinks should not be experimented in the heat of Indiana courts at National Championships for the first time.

Not better for student athletes.
