Re: Grand Slam debutantes since the 2005 US Open

So our debutantes for the 2016 Australian Open, duly colour coded, are

Hibino
Wang (Yafan)
Golubic

Re: Grand Slam debutantes since the 2005 US Open

So we add Wang Yafan, Golubic and Osaka via qualies.

Hogenkamp is apparently LL #1...it's a lottery of the four highest ranked Q3 losers, right? So the other three would be Vickery, Glushko and Kucova. So almost certainly no debutante via LL.

Re: Grand Slam debutantes since the 2005 US Open

Bit of a cold start for me here.

Can you please correct what I'm getting wrong here?

Australian Open 2016 debutantes:

Hibino in on ranking. Any others?

Patterson, Hon, Inglis and Birrell via MDWCs.

Possible debutantes still alive in the qualifying round:

Jorovic
Wang, Yafan
Zhang, Kai-Lin
Osaka
Boserup
Golubic
Krejcikova

Always fun at the US Open with a 128 draw instead of a 96.
