Re: Sugi's Adventures in Paris <---> Cheering Thread!

Good tournament... justified seeding in singles, and got to the final again Surely she'll win her fourth women's doubles Grand Slam some day soon!!

If it was up to me she'd win all three too

Re: Sugi's Adventures in Paris <---> Cheering Thread!

3rd round singles
1st round mixed doubles
Finalists womens doubles

Overall, pretty good tournament. (Of course if it was up to me, she'd probably win all three )

Re: Sugi's Adventures in Paris <---> Cheering Thread!

Third on Chatrier tomorrow (after Davy/Federer & Nadal/Djoko)
I'm skipping school to watch it
But I dont' have any important classes, it's all good!!

I hope Ai & Kata win... it'd be so amazing if they did! I'd be ecstatic!!

def. (11) Shahar/Dinara 61 62
def. (16) Camerin/Dulko 46 75 63
def. (1) Raymond/Stosur 16 64 63

This is so amazing!!
Hope she can win it again against Alicia Molik and Mara Santangelo

Re: Sugi's Adventures in Paris <---> Cheering Thread!

Ai lost to Chakvetadze 46 46
I'm so glad she justified her seeding

I'd love if Ai played with like, Mirnyi or Safin or something (I'm unrealistic)

Ai/Kata vs. Shahar/Dinara tomorrow on Court 1!

Re: Sugi's Adventures in Paris <---> Cheering Thread!

In mixed, Ai/Jim Thomas lost 6-1 6-3 to Huber/Ullyett (sp?). It's nice she played this time. Maybe she could play at Wimbledon, though not with Mr. Thomas.

I'm happy she justified her seeding. Now if she can take out Anna Chakvetadze (sp?)...

Really close match, good job Ai
Plays third tomorrow against Meilen Tu, who's playing really well

I feel exactly the same, Goai (BTW, what is your name?)
He's an average doubles specialist, but who knows? With no ad and a third-set tiebreaker, they have a chance against Huber & Ullyett.

If she justifies her seeding, I'll be really happy Hope she can challenge Chakvetadze.
