Well in the mean time while Yuliya was out injured she established her own agency for tennis activitities.. Check it out... Some things that i didn't know before.. http://yutennis.com/en/ Think its great Yulia's doing this... I think she nears/approaches the end of her career.. But hope Yuliya takes out the best of it while it lasts... Everything is taken into account

Re: Yulia Beygelzimer cheering thread

Thanks David for your kind words, a (very) bumpy road ahead but hopefully with some shades of light, Hope springs eternal, won't despare because there is always hope .. Found the time just now... Time really does fly...

Yuliya, who is i am sure of now (no confirmation as of yet) a former player, there's no definite comeback...

She's currenly ranked around 300 and her ranking will only just drop... I am wondering when Yuliya will drop off the ranks....

In the meantime i will try my utter best to keep the thread alive not only to remember Yuliya as a player but as well to keep in touch with fellow ones here! And i found some other players to support as well... Yuliya's most possible end of her career did not end my fanship for tennis, my fanship for tennis and its players is my passion and it will last forever...

Thanks David.. i won't tell much to keep it private but coming out of a heavy period with emotions flying all over today the outcome of the scan came back... mmm could be better could be worse..... I see some tiny spots of light..She will have a new medicine.. now hoping that it will work as well as the other medicine did without heavy side effects.. Its still uncertain and scary but we gotta go against it again...

Anyway..

I really think Yuliya is done.. No AO or she not listed in any other draw means the end.. probably lack of motivation and she can't bring up to play all those 10.000 and higher tournaments again... At some point in your career and seeing Yuliya already in her 30's you just lose the spirit and passion for the game then it's just hard to come back...

The other day i saw Sofia Arvidsson retiring also because of age (she's turning 32 next month) and ranking and some lack of motivation.. in the wake of Sofia's retirement i immediately started to think about Yuliya.. For me it's like the same thing... Some comparisons are there...

So in the mean time i am refining and re adjusting my fanship around tennisforum.. Once a tennisfan always a tennisfan.. I am just refining my fanship for a few players that i always have liked but never supported..

But that doesn't mean i won't come back here... I will be here from time to time..

Yeah some coaching would fit Yuliya.. I know she wrote a book about life as a pro for youngsters when she was injured back in 2011...

Hope we'll find out too.. We must see
