Hi RVD -
Thanks for your reply, South Africa for me, is always a contentious issue here on forums, because it can be difficult
I'm continually in the firing line, why I avoid many topics here. Its unfortunate, but seems to be the case
I am open to any questions you have, I can offer a perspective from someone who has lived there most of his whole life (We emigrated to NZ)
I have a loving family, here and South Africa, we supported, Mandela and his reconciliation, and our relationship with all South Africans has been one of friendships and suffering
We had a maid, Her name was Rita, and she was a Cape Coloured (she was not Black) and she was treated as one of the family, whom we still keep intouch.
Unfortuntely, there are many chasms in our country, and some would argue that there are alot more than pre apartheid
Thanks for your patience, I really appreciate, you won't believe that I was hoping one day, we could chat
Totsiens!
