I met a stranger on the train, though I did not at all speak, it was made known that my presence and the stranger's presence was acknowledged.
It was strange as we just smiled at each other due to a whole bunch of foreigners who started to sit on the train floor next to where we were standing. They occupied the space and I felt more and more cramp.
I guess the stranger felt the same and we both felt amused at the boldness of the foreigners.
This incident led me to believe that if we really wanted to, we could be friends with everyone in the world. But it's a matter of whether or not we had time or are willing to.
The stranger got off at a stop which is a few stops earlier than mine, the stranger turned back to look at me one last time, there was an exchange of smiles. But the short friendship ended there.
