It's only the

-tag. Everything you put between these tags appears in a small window. Default font is non-proportional, and extra blanks between words are preserved (not automatically deleted as they normally, very annoyingly are). This allows you to arrange things in neater columns. In the Poitou there is a marshland called the Poitevin marsh (French Marais Poitevin) on the gulf of Poitou. And in this area there is also a rare donkey, the Poitou donkey, characterized by its huge head and ears, and very thick, shaggy, curled black coat.

the Poitevin Marsh

Situated between the Vendée, Aunis and Poitou, the Poitevin Marsh is a unique...

Some history about the medina:
Founded in the 9th century and home to the oldest university in the world, Fez reached its height in the 13th–14th centuries under the Marinids, when it replaced Marrakesh as the capital of the kingdom. The urban fabric and the principal monuments in the medina – madrasas, fondouks, palaces, residences, mosques and fountains - date from this period. Although the political capital of Morocco was transferred to Rabat in 1912, Fez has retained its status as the...
