Don't you just love doing researches that productive? It actually makes you happy to do your essays. My first essay for school is due on the 24th but I'm trying to finish it by this week. The key word here is TRYING. Since I feel hardworking enough to go get books from the library too, it could take some extra days. If not, I'm sticking to the internet and school notes.
Ok so anyway, I was trying out my brother's mic yesterday because of Nichola's randomness (and persistance). I couldn't figure out how to use it at first but turns out it was pretty simple, now that I think about it, I feel stupid. *blushes* I was having fun torturing Christine with weird noises to scare her before I actually talk. It was worth the wait though since she obviously had fun torturing me to say some German and French words. She keep making me try them without converting them to english-ish words! Bright side, now I can say where's the gas station in.. I forgot, was it German or French? At the end of the day, I felt smart since she said I was pretty good. She promised to teach me more so I can converse with her brother.
I also talked to Cori and Nichola. It was fun too. Nichola apparently was impressed I knew one of her favourite phrases which by the way, I was impressed that she knows it too. *see blog title for phrase* I have to apologise that she has to speak slowly for me since when she rambles, I tend to get confused. But she's going to teach me some Scottish slangs since it's supposed to make me understand her better. I didn't talk much with Cori since she was only helping me figure out how to use the mic thingy. Thanks!
Note to Dennis: You don't smell of onions.
Edit: Vivian asked me why there was no mention of her. So here it is Happy now?
*Sometimes the expected simply pales in comparison to the unexpected. You gotta wonder why we cling to our expectations because the expected is just what keeps us steady, standing, still. The expected's just the beginning. The unexpected is what changes our lives.*
