This is so disappointing for Lindsay and I was hoping to see her and J's match on Eurosport last night. Hope she gets fit for AO.

She retired from doubles match yesterday, so I saw it coming...

Anyone has an idea how bad is the injury?

You can see the disappointment written all over her face :( She's basically owned this tournament since she's been coming to Sydney (owning in terms of getting to the final in 6 out of 9 attempts)

a walkover is not a defeat. If the player never steps on court for the match to start then there is no match and hence one cannot be defeated or win. Its a walkover.
