let's hope she does better than the last time she faced ALG...

question: isn't that sad when she entered Canberra? as if she knew she's not going to go far, so she could still play AO qualies!!!

she was the best player in the qualifying in terms of easy wins... just a remonder, about 3 months ago Greonfeld beat her 1:6 , 1:6... and now the exact same score...
dropping just 11 games in 3 matches against no. 105, and 118 in the world is impressive.

Do you think, hypothetically speaking, had Obziler got to the QF, would she quit playing and go to AO qualies, or try to make her best effort here and drop AO?

Well, I think that if she will beat Marlene (And i don't think she will), she could still play 1 more game and still make it to the qualifying of the AO.
Tzipi will play there for sure. she will lost just so that she could get there on time.

Good luck Tzipi

Tzipi had a great tournament here. :D :)
And no, if she had reached the QF, she isn't allowed to quit and play the AO qualifying.
