Here's the reason : money (or to be more precise lack of money). Because she didn't qualify last week, she was no longer offered accomodation. Therefore, although she was main draw in the Orange Bowl, the AFT decided to call her back because it was too expensive to pay her one week accomodation in the US.
I wonder what's the use of being helped by the federation if they can't even pay you an hotel for one week.

I think that we are going to have to wait till next week to find out what Stephanie did :(
