The WTA honored past #1's. Some of them showed up, and they had a video tribute to all of them.

My week has been very busy and I didn't get to watch anything. Was this shown on TV? Was the video tribute shown? If so, was it any good?

Thanks much.

Eurosport showed the beginning of the ceremony. Pam Shriver introduced all the number ones that were there individually, then Billie Jean made a speech. Betty Stove and another player from the 70's were also there (sorry can't remember her name) and also the new 'president?' of the WTA. Then there was the photo-call. Maybe the video tribute was after that? Eurosport finished with the photos!

The video was at the beginning before Pam Shriver came out. I missed it as I was under the Jumbo Tron on court. It "sounded" cool. It started with No Doubt's "Hella Good"...which just can't be bad :)
