Is Chanda Rubin dating actor James McDaniel?

Does anyone know if Chanda Rubin is dating James McDaniel?

He was seen sitting next to Chanda's coach, Benny Sims, during each of her matches in Los Angeles the last week.

For those not familiar with James McDaniel's work, he's probably best known for playing Lt. Arthur Fancy on "NYPD Blue"

Well, I'm not privvy to Chanda's social calendar, so I couldn't say for sure. My guess is he's a friend/fan. Or maybe Benny knows him.

I couldn't swear to it offhand, but I thought I saw his name at one of the charity things Chanda does, so they might know each other from there.
