Head-to-heads mean nada; Ai's having the best year of her career.

I'll go out on a limb and say that Ai hands Jen yet another 3rd set defeat.

Jenn's the three setter loser queen, so Ai might take it in two sets.

I think the final outcome will depend a lot on whether Jen's ready to fight, not just physically but, above all, mentally. Jen's opponents in the group are Justine - who's been playing consistently at a very high level for the whole season - Ai - who's just had her best year ever - and Anastasia - who's had some really good results over the last weeks. So none of those matches will be an easy one...
As for this first one with Sugiyama, I don't think the head-to-heads mean a lot, coz this year's Ai is just another player, more solid, more competitive and incredibly fast on court. If Jen's in a good shape and can match that speed on court, then her shots are more powerful and can eventually break Sugiyama's excellent defensive play. But lately Ai has shown she is not afraid to take the net and be aggressive - think of last Sunday's final with Momo, she played a perfect tennis for most of the match. So... I won't even try and guess the final score... My heart says Jen :hearts: , my mind is way more doubtful...

Jen should really win this match easily....Ai doesn´t have nothing where she has an edge over Jen.
