What standards are generally demanded. I am currently on a wild crusade (with a national politician) to bring a better tennis event to Scotland than the current low ranking ITF events. What standards are generally demanded to host such events?

lol, the scottish international championships (edinbuergh 10k) has a bagpiper who leads the players on and off court on finals day!!

could probably hold a tier 4/5 at Edinburgh, cente court has around 300 seats, and players really love the facilities
