View Full Version : BOYCOTT FWTA! Game for CHEATERS!

Oct 14th, 2001, 04:21 AM
Well, I'm not normally the one to cause trouble, but I'm EXTREMELY irked with this game. Its Saturday night, and well the results for next week's tourney are already determined.

The problem you ask? Is the person that runs this game and how he goes about it. ILuvJelena, aka Roshan. We had a problem with him running this game last time he ran it.

He stopped running the game earlier in the year because he was accussed of cheating. There are several problems which have caused me to bring this to everyone's attention.

The first problem: Isn't it odd that Roshan seems to do well at every tournament and his friends always seem to win. Last week it was Huber and this week it will be Myskina!

And well he says he sends his points to three other people, these three other people are HUBER, MYSKINA, and SAFINA! If the wheels in your head aren't turning in your head yet, keep reading!

The second problem: How can he already know the results are if we haven't sent in our points? Its Saturday night, and he said that points should have been in already. And that I'm the ONLY person not to sent them in. The main problem is that he DID NOT say when points were due. Technically I should have until Sunday 12am board time or whatever tp send them in. Or at least he should specify!

The third problem: How in the HELL do we know that he's actually sending us the right results. How do we know that he's not making up the results as he goes along. The problem here is that we have no idea if he's cheating or not. Normally I would give him the benefit of doubt, but since he has been accussed of cheating before we can't. Once a liar has lied once you never know when he's telling the truth.

The fourth problem: He himself has a player in the game. When Monica Rules the Court ran the game, he pulled out his character from the game.

The fifth problem: The rankings have started all over again. I know that it MAY seem unfair to players who have just started playing the game. But think about it, when new players join the tour, points don't start at zero again. It just means that the older players will have lots of more points to defend. In addition, by starting the points all over again, with Chase so close, will not be an accurate reflection of the top 16.

OOOOOH, and now I'm expelled from FWTA! If you ask me this is highly suspicious in itself! Why must you ban me if you're not afraid of anything?

In the real world will call this a dictatorship, when someone makes a problem ELIMINATE them! Obviously something's wrong if Roshan is afraid of the truth coming out. If he has nothing to hide, why act so guilty?

OMG it is just a game. I have always wanted to play one of those, but they are very confusing for a newbie and few have actual directions/rules/good websites.

I know its just a game, but the error lies in the fact when personal vendettas, when people hate you, affect the results and not the actual points.

I've never condoned, overlooked, cheating and I will not let this slip by. Cheating is WRONG in ANY FORM!

Tennisace... this isn't a new development with the FWTA. Most of the people who run it have been pretty corrupt.

If you take the above advice and start your own game, I'd play.

Do you have a player in the FWTT? It's fun.. Alx is cool... and it's the original <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

I do have a player in FWTT, Elise Maurer. Another interesting point to bring up is that in FWTT Roshan has a player who doesn't do THAT well compared to his FWTA coutnerpart.

I'm seriously thinking of running my own game. In that game I would not have my own player in that game tho.

well, i didn't knew bout this when i offered myself 2 run the website of the game, so it's not fair 2 acuse me of cheating, btw i only get the results, the site should be running in a few hours, but hearing this kinda disappoints me, well, i agree with u bout the rankings things, it shouldn't be fair bout the chase championships, i don't recieve the points so i can't tell if he's cheating, i hope not, but if u want i could run the game & remove my character from it, plz don't boicot it, i would like 2 hear the fwta players opinion thanx in advance

I didn't say you were cheating directly. He says that he sent his points to you.

All I want to see is that these problems and POTENTIAL PROBLEMS be fixed so that there are no cause for DOUBT!

Go to Swisscom Forum and you'll hear my defence.

I have released all pts and results and you can see that matches have been decided by pts.

Also, if the fact that I'm doing well is the reason why you think I'm cheating, then look at this:

After I gave up the game.

Dannylovesmonica took over. While he was running it, I entered 1 event. It was Birmingham. Lo and behold, I won the event.

Then Monica_Rules_The_Court took over, and I entered my first event back. I made the final of the event!

So every event I've played, I've done well at!

You calling them cheats?
