Dang! Youīre barely breaking even when you bet on Serena.

About Davenport....as long as there is a Williams in the draw, she ainīt winning it. Hell, NOBODY is winning it with both Williams in it.

So everybody has Kim as no.4 eventhough she is no.1! I wonder why would that be so...

The same old song. Why for once looking at the rankings as an indication of who's the player you will most likely be beaten by, then I think the Belgians are doing fine at the positions they are at at the moment

I wonder what the odds are that Jaden & Jaz Agassi will win Wimbledon Mixed Doubles someday.

I wonder what the odds are that Jaden & Jaz Agassi will win Wimbledon Mixed Doubles someday.

"Whether this is based on anything more scientific than a mother's hunch is unclear, but it has been enough for William Hill to set odds of 500-1 that the youngster will win the singles or doubles title at Wimbledon. I suggested to Hill's Graham Sharpe that the odds looked surprisingly good value, given the baby's pedigree. "That's us - generous to a fault; in fact, generous to a double fault," he volleyed back, in what may have been a carefully practised line."

old article from the Guardian ....

are these the same bookies that had Evie D to win RG at 100/1 as well ???

It's not odds of likeliness to win the tournement for each player... It's odds for William Hills to make money. For tennis fans, it's not very interesting.

They will put names like Harkleroad and Sharapova because the average person have heard that they are the future of wta so some people might put 5 bucks on either of them.

It's so early I don't see why people would start betting for Wimbledon 2004!!!

Of course no one is gonna make money, because everybody knows there are only two candidates...

Exactly! And that's why the draws for all GS next year are getting reduced.

Yes.... but to win? I don't think so. This isn't odd on who gets the furthest, it is for who will win.

Do you know how far Harkleroad got last year?

Just seems like people love throwing money away. lol

Thanks I like my avatar too. I though I would "think outside the box" and not use Monica like I do for everything else. ;)

Bookmakers really think that Sharapova has already bigger chances to win the title than Vera, Dani, Dokic, and Myskina. OMG.

Juju should be #1.

Put Justine ahead of Venus and Serena, and no one will bet for her. I mean who would back Justine at 5/6 ???
Nobody. But, yeah, it's not my problem 'cause I don't bet. It is stupid. I have many other good places to put my money.
