Favorite team outranks favorite player especially when said player has been retired for 6 years.

GBFH

ONLY six years? feels a lot longer than that.

still, go cubs.

Steam

Would be longer if he stayed retired the first time (which he should have). He did that in June 1994, the day after OJ killed his wife.

It will be "Go Cubs" if the Yankees choke it up against the Sox but that WILL NOT happen.

He looks like Rain Man, too. His chances of ever scoring just went from slim to none.

He does look like a poindexter doesn't he??? I hope he is past high school age or he is going to hear about it tomorrow. What's with the headphones?? He looks like Warren from "There's something about Mary" "Have you seen my baseball/weiner?"

I was too. It kind of took the wind out of their sails. No one would have been in a position to score if they had let him catch the ball.

You said it.

That was a stupid, stupid thing to do. If this happened in Yankee stadium, the fan would have been arrested or at least thrown out of hte staduim and banned permanently from coming back.

Awful.

Now, the Yankees and Sux have to play at 4 tomorrow. My buddy the Sox fan has to skip class in order to watch his team for the final time of the year. All because of some asshole Cubs fan.

Nineteen-oh-eight! Nineteen-oh-eight!

Ditching class is one thing. I, on the other hand, have an exam at 5, as I pointed out in the other thread. Grar :fiery:
