Does anybody know anything about Sadik Kadir? All I know is that he was born in Indonesia. He seems to be doing quite well...
kyiki2000
Oct 10th, 2003, 12:38 AM
yeah, Sadik was born in Indo, but immigrated over here when he was very young. He's a good player and has been around quite a while now. He was a good junior and was usually ranked 1 in australia for his age group, usually neva dropping below about 3. His biggest disadvatage is his height but he loves the game and is very quick. When he was a junior he played for alot of clubs but had alot to do with Marrickville tennis association (the same club Rebecca Turner was a junior at). Has played doubles with Reid alot, especially in juniors. I belive he still lives in NSW, hes hasn't be travelling all that much this year, and there was even talk of him retiring, but it seems he's back and rightfully so. Good Luck Sa.

NEWS from the Berri Future:
Mark and Luke won their semifinals.
Mark won the final (sorry I don't remember scores)
Can anyone tell me if I am thinking correctly here?
I am pretty sure Mark was the William's sisters hitting partner at the Oz Open and I think he may have partnered Seles and Hingis before too??
Anyone know
I think he hits with players at the Hopman.(he is from WA) and then often gets asked to go on to the Oz Open.
Mark Hlawaty worked with Seles for two years.
He is one of the favourite coaches in WA with the juniors. He is still to date my best coach.
I think he may be working with the Williams sisters again next year, but I'm not sure...

Thatss a huge shame for both of them and they increased their ranking during 2003 and nothing better then adding more points and putitng on a good show i your backyard
Go Reid!!
GRR that Chris lost such a close match. He seems to always lose by a tiny margin! Oh well least he doesn't get flogged.
