"Why" - Annie Lennox I love this angelic ballad by the sensual diva. The only singer of the last 10 years with a more angelic voice IMO is Natalie Merchant (solo and with 10,000 Maniacs). The Indigo Girls are in that category, too. Going back a little further, I could do entire threads just devoted to The Pretenders and Fleetwood Mac. And I'm just barely scratching the surface, but then you never know where I'll find a topic, tennis or otherwise, that prompts a lyrical post. One thing I'll never do though is say "Anything by (fill in the blank)". Yes, great singers and groups, like great tennis players, have both winners and UE's. ;) What's maddening is ppl who are so Top-40 oriented that they don't know jack about a Bob Dylan or a Joni Mitchell (and don't know that they don't)!

I think Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, I love that song and can never get bored of it.

I think Toccata and Fugue in D minor is the best piece of music ever made, esepicially when played on a full piece organ.
