One time I tried to make them. Not too brilliant.

Are they like those cheesestick things you get from pizza takeaways where it's basically a pizza covered with shitloads of cheese and garlicky stuff but no tomato and they cut it into strips parallelly instead of radially? If so, I adore them :p

Not really pizza, at least not the ones I've had. It's mozarella covered and fried in flour/bread crumbs. It's sounds really simply to make, but by the time I was finished I had a fried bread-like substance separate of gooey annoying cheese.
