Whats the Home surface in Uzbekistan?

Hey n e1 help me what surface do they play on in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgizsatan, Turkmenistan, Tajokistan? Places where Iroda Tungalova might play in

mostly hard courts but they have quite a few clay courts as well.
