5.30pm TBA Williams/Williams vs Corina Morairu/Rennae Stubbs

There is no way that two mens matches will finish before 5.00pm. So at what time of the night will Serena and Venus play the doubles. Venus has to return tomorrow for the toughest R3 match! The girls had to hang around yesterday and will be playing doubles matches on consecutive days. we have not even taken into account the weather.

Its not fair

It's not fun for all players to wait as long,
but it's not only for the Williams-sisters,
what time did Kim play yesterday

Today Williams will play late,
tomorrow another player,
that's the way it is !

Zampi,
Serena singles match which will definitely not start before 5.00pm after which she is scheduled to play a doubles!

Kim did not have a doubles match to play after her singles though.

Today's players are so spoiled! Imagine the players of the past who played all three events and had to wait all day. On some days, the men had to play 5 sets of singles, 5 sets of doubles and 3 sets of mixed and the women had to play 3 sets in all events on some days. Please excuse me If I don't feel bad because the women play 45 minutes of singles and maybe 50 minutes in doubles! HARD WORK, YEAH RIGHT!

Although I agree with macn, I must say that the scheduling isn't very smart. It's easily possible that the doubles match will be postponed again.
