Hi no it's not personal or relationship problems ;)

I was wondering how you can put the writing "Martina Hingis" in the picture below?

For example, I have a JPEG image now with just Martina's face and I want to put the label "Martina Hingis" on it just like that one, so how would I do it?

Can I use Paint? I don't have like PhotoShop and stuff. Someone help please :sad:
