chat problem

I can't get into the chat here at WTA-world nor in any other chat :sad:

I just get red crosses. I tried downloading Java-sun (somebody said to me this was the right thing to do (as you see I know 00000 about computers)) Things have changed; Now I see a the java-sun logo instead of a red cross but I still can't enter any chat!

Suggestions what to do??

I have a different problem, something like "java applet not found".

I can access it just fine, at least that was when I entered it the last time.
