Hey! I just looked at the web site. Shenay is not using up one of her WCs to play here after all; she is playing, but as a feed-in from the St. Paul challenger. Even better! :hearts:

Unfortunantly Tammy is nothing but juicy points on clay.
It doesn't matter who she is playing! On clay she is very beatable.

The clay is simply too slow for her....her flat shots just don't
come off on clay
Also she looks like she's swimming in the stuff....
she simply cannot move on clay, she looks very very uncomfotable and frustrated with the clay and admits it. She slips and slides, her net ability becomes irrelevant and she is easy prey. :( :(

Perry hits hard though..... Tamarine will like that at least... Shnyder will probably trounce the winner though.
(if she keeps her head together)....

Umm on sanexwta site, it says Tammy won 7-6 6-2.
I think the scoreboard stuffed it up.
:( for Shenay fans, sorry guys.

That is not a bad score, I am thrilled she got to a tiebreak! Yes, Tammy is not at her best on clay, but she is still a seasoned pro, far from the Challenger level which Shenay has been competing on.

I refuse to feel bad about this loss; I think it was a fantastic experience for Shenay and I am 100% she learned a lot out there today.

Congrats to Tammy! If Shenay had to lose, I am glad it was to a sweetie like Tammy. :hearts:

Shenay has improved so much in the past year and this score is evident of it.

She is as good on clay as Tammy is ;)

Take it as a terrific learning experience and keep on going girl! :D
