Where is Qualifying Draw????

Where is qualifying draw??? Play begins in 2 hrs.

The draw has been made yesterday, but they're just slow publishing it

Has anybody seen any schedule or know when plays begin?

btw, Don't think the website will publish any quali draw.

maybe an american could use their iniative and phone? i'll get teh number from wta site and post it here :)

setpoint i just noticed you are from Arizona, couldn't you call seeing as your in the same state? Would it cost u lots? It'd certainly be alot cheaper than soemone phoning from another part of the country or form abroad.

I have called and will continue to call. So far no information, just recorded messages.

I dont think anyone will answer the phone until Monday. It looks like an office phone number to me :) .

yes that's what i thought when i saw the number. Also not even teh website gives teh numebr for the tournament office, which is very strange - usually that is something which is always published, along with teh tournament director.

u should of asked them why they ahvent sent to draw to wta and havent got it on their web-site. Doha didnt post theirs last year and were flooded with e-mails and it appeared this year!

omg i ahvent heard of some of those players. Afinogenova vs Van horne is a joke, lol. Katia is good, but not good enough to merit r2 of a tier 2 qualies.

And may I add that the tournament's wildcard policy is a bit surprising to say the least ?

Like last year, Liina Suurvarik :confused: and Alesia Mikalayeva :confused: :confused: have received WC's. Who are they ?
Even more strange is that their matches here last year have been their only pro matches ever so far.
Suurvarik at least gave Jill Craybas a decent match, losing 4-6 2-6.
But Mikalayeva was double-bageled by Stephanie Foretz. How in hell did she get another WC ??? :confused:

maybe they are local girsl who play at the club?

Perhaps they came through pre-qualies? Or won the club championships?

When I see draws like this, it really makes me mad at American players...this is a perfect example of you never know. I mean Nancy in the qualie draw.

Where is Cory Ann, Tanner, Ally, Kristen, Tiffany, Bielek, etc...This would have been an excellent opportunity to try and get some points and maybe even qualify :fiery:
