Head To Head = First Meeting :worship: :worship:

Both players just won the title. Tammy wins her first title in Indian Open 2003 and Myskina took last week's Doha. Today they both dominated to win the first round over two rising stars Safina and Angie. Myskina has improved her game a lot and will be ready getting into top 10 soon. Tammy was also playing great tennis from the beginning of this year. I think both girls will battle hard with their high quality tennis.

Best of luck to both girls, please give us a good match.

Nastya is in great shape and playing with a lot of confidence. I think she'll win in 2 sets.

I can't think of anything that Tammy has that could hurt Nastya.. Nastya in two..

Oops. Really must get more sleep (thank goodness this match will be at a more decent hour). Just deleted the repetitive thread (and my post along with it). I was saying that I don't know what Myskina's strengths are, but some have mentioned her serve as a weakness (which at times is also http://perso.club-internet.fr/ttle/tennis/tammywink.gif's).

I know http://perso.club-internet.fr/ttle/tennis/tammywink.gif is probably tired from her battle with Angie last night, but hopefully the adrenalin from a come-from-behind victory will carry her in this challenge.

Go, http://perso.club-internet.fr/ttle/tennis/tammywink.gif, go!

I see Anastasia winning this one. She's playing so well right now and is the quicker of the two. Plus, if Tammy's tired and Anastasia's fresh that gives her another edge.

Good luck to both girls!

I would make a safe bet on Anastacia :) shes clearly in good form with the QTR final at aussie open and coming off a big title win. They both have great groundies and average serving so there'll be many breaks, but i think Ana's superior speed and consistency will give her the edge.

I would have to go with Myskina as the favorite, but bear in mind, I think Nastya's groundstrokes will play into Tammy's hands. Tammy hits a hard, flat ball, so does Nastya. It just depends on who executes better, although I guess nastya's quicker as well. It will probably be the world #10.

Tammy only played two matches since she got that title, the first loss was probably because she'd just flown in from winning hyderabad the day before, and the second one was against Angie who can play very well and i think Tammy must have played well to come back and win a tight match like that.
I think today she'll be a little tired from that battle, and she'll need to be 100% to beat Myskina whos playing very well so i'd say myskina will win even though i hope not.

In fact, I don't think Tammy dominted her opponent yesterday
she won in three tough sets and the score of the 3rd set is 6-4
how come u say she dominated the match?!!!!

I think she will lose easily:(

Mr/Ms Novotnaquinton

Your flag doesn't look like your national flag. Isn't hat a hong kie's flag?

just curious to know.

C'mon Tammy! You can do it.
