I am a fan of both so I was going to be pleased/disappointed either way, but I am surprised Daja didn't make it a closer match because Maja's game style seems one she would be able to at least cope with and be competitive with.

Daja needs to really work on improving her groundstrokes, especially the forehand. She puts too much spin on them and they have very little weight behind them. She has the brains, a decent first serve and isn't afraid to venture to the net, but she has to develop more power and go for her shots a bit more if she is going to get back to being considered one of the real up and comers of the next couple years.
