usually not, especially if they're too long and say nothing but "good luck to my faves x-ova, y-ova etc. etc."
but i read the sigs of people who have song lyrics or other text in there and change it frequently.

No, I have them turned off, because some of them were so long and made pages take longer to load. I forgot all about them, I probably have some stupid one that's been there for the past few months :o
