View Full Version : Computer Master... pls help me!!

I lost all my documents files!! :mad: I didn't do anything before... I just turn on my comp... and found a very unfast loading, different background, different shortcut, no cookies and the saddest thing : empty my documents!! :eek: :eek:

But the file in Window also the other username in the comp (XP) are just alright....

pls help me... is somebody know why it's happened... :sad:

I'm so sad!!! :fiery:

Could I have my files back..... :sad:

Somebody please help me!!

i already found unerase wizard... and i found all files... and then i already recover them! but i can't find them in my documents!!! where is it???? :confused:

if you unerased them they are probably on your pc somewhere

go have a search with the windows searchfunction...

may be your harddisk is failing?

thanks K.... I will search it!

and I just found out that if I turn off my comp... all my files are gone!!! :eek: and when i change my desktop background and i turn off the comp, the background will be back to the old one!! :eek: is it a virus on my comp? :eek:

K, I found my files..., it tells that the files are in My document..., but when I go to the My documents folder..., it's nothing there!!! :eek: :sad: why... it can happened? it's like invisible!!!! :eek:

yes... but it'll be better if i call computer master to come to my house tomorrow, so if there something wrong, he can do something ..... maybe you? wanna come..? I'll pay you! :p hehe ;) j/k

Make sure your virusscanner is fully uptodate and check your hd.

I hope you have a firewall too :o

open it ..there should be a function to update it:) what kind of virusscanner do you have?

you can check online too:

here you can select 'scan for Viruses'

Firewall is used to keep non-authorized people from your computer (hackers etc)

well then it's easy to update...just open the virusscanner and you'll see: liveUpdate on top :)

K, I'm just found that when I loggin in..., some word tell that my userfile is corupted and everytime I change it and the log off it... it will be return to back...

what should I do...? :sad:

k, I'm forget and don't get it again...., as I remember, it tells that my comp is corrupted and if I making changes to the comp after I log off, it will gone from the document file....
