Apparently, Chelsea's star striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink will join Barcelona in the next few days. Will it come soon enough for Barcelona coach Louis Van Gaal? They're in injury time and losing 2-4 at home to 10-man Valencia, who had goalkeeper Santiago Canizares sent off in the first-half. Surely, it's defenders they need?

Or a whole new team, Barca for the drop anyone?

The GK situatation is dire, they can't seem to settle on one

Van Gaal says he will buy no-one in the transfer window, so Jimmy seems to be staying @ Chelsea for now

About Forest, they may be doing things the right way now, but David Platt wasted a lot of money on bad players.

I never think a manager should go back to a club he has managed before like Van Gaal did. It very rarely works. Just look at John Toshack and Howard Kendall. Graham Taylor hasn't done very well on his return to Aston Villa either.

Barça won't sign anyone Van Gaal wants, because Barça wants Van Gaal to leave the team, but they don't have money enough to fire him.
They should never have taken Van Gaal back, because he's arrogant, and he doesn't know ANYTHING about football. He was the one who didn't qualify Holland to the world cup (a team with Kluivert, Van Nistelrooy, Makaay, Overmars). He also fired players loved by the catalan crowd, and some bad players as Rivaldo.
