Amelie Mauresmo?

I'm 100% sure who it is, but I'm sure she's a great player and the things she showed in her match against Clijsters were really amazing. I don't understand how it's possible she doesn't have better results. Probably too eratic in her matches and maybe she wants too much. But when she's on, I'm sure she's worth that top-25 spot.

Iroda has had a good summer but the rest of the year has been pretty disastrous.

I agree with Arne though, she showed great skill in winning Knokke-Heist, especially that match against Clijsters was great.

Iroda indeed.

2 tournament wins and 16 ist or 2nd round losses.

Anna being a top ten player without ever winning a tournament makes more sense now.
Or Marcelo Rios making it to #1 without ever winning a GS.
