Not too bad, a fellow Swiss. And possibly Myskina in 2nd round, could have been worse too!

Good luck Marie!!! :bounce:

I need all my nerves for Amanda's match, so MGM will have to do it easy ;)

I hate matches between 2 players of the same country in the first round! Except for when you're from Russia or the US and have 50 players in the draws, you don't want anyone from your country to lose in the first round, so you can't really root for your favourite :( It's happened a couple of times in the mens tournaments with Dutchies, I really didn't like these matches!

I just hope Amanda will win that match, and hopefully easy! Same for MGM of course :)

LOL, that's what i always think when people are complaining about, say, bovina meeting zvonareva in the first round, it's like: no wonder when there are so many of them around. ;)

I was wondering what it was, I hoped it was "just" a sprained ankle or something ;)

This indeed doesn't sound good at all  Really hope she gets well soon!

from the website of swiss newspaper tagesanzeiger:

get well, MARIE!

Yeah, well I'm going there one day only (it's so expensive!), so I'll only see 2 quarterfinals. But it would be great if I saw Marie, cos I 'discovered' her in Antwerp last year when I saw her match against Dechy!

i remember you talking about that match.

yeah, tennis tournaments are horribly expensive, aren't they? i went to see all of swisscom challenge, but it was a real luxury, kind of an early christmas present to myself. ;) if i'll go again i'll probably only be able to go for one or two days. it's a real pity.
