but she was out for 5 months last year, and i think she thought it isn´t worth to fly to australia for most likely just 1 match.
she need to play challengers to get confidence and on-court practice

Baltacha actually got a WC into the main draw, not qualies...

Wolfbrandt probably didnt want to come all the way to Australia to maybe not making the qualy draw (as she was on ALT list)
