Hi guys :wavey: It's Christmas time and I think we are all guilty of getting caught up in the commercialism of the holiday.

So while we are opening our gifts and eating our delicious food, there are other's who won't even be drinking clean water. We all take clean water for granted; we have access to it every day, however in some countries more people are dying from unsafe water than from all forms of violence, including war. The poor continue to suffer from pollution; water shortages and inadequate sanitation, which results in one child under the age of five to die every twenty seconds.

Unicef is an amazing organisation who strive to provide basic needs, education, gender equality & treatment to children suffering from the AIDS virus.

You have the opportunity to make a difference. Simply post in this thread and we will donate two dollars to UNICEF to help those in need get access to clean water.

I just donated $200.00 by going on to the unicef website and paying with paypall. Reephoria said he would go up to $100.00 so that makes it $300 all up that we'll be giving :) I was hoping that I'd get a receipt with the amount i paid on it so I could put up a screenshot to prove to everyone it wasn't a sham - but it just gives you a "thanks for donating page" When the deposit comes up on my online banking statement I'll post the pic of that too :)
