Serena only.
Petrova, Paszek and Oudin are the only other grass winners and only Nadia was able to win another title.

Nadia won titles on grass, outdoor & indoor hard. That's three different surfaces.

Haha yeah. If she won on clay too I'd count it as three different surfaces.

US Open was played on green clay , har-tru is closer to fast HC than to red clay

DecoTurf cushioned tennis court surfaces are regularly chosen for use at the world’s most prestigious events. Our tennis surfaces have been selected for the two most recent Olympic Games, the US Open since 1978, the Emirates Airline US Open Series, the NCAA Championships and countless other notable venues around the world.

DecoTurf is not Har-Tru.

Keep trying to diminish Serena clay season. Green clay is in no way closer to a hard court than red clay.

Not it's not, Charleston clay is way more slippery than US Open.

Next they will start saying hardcourts are not a proper surface because Martha can't win jack shit on it anymore. Just like they have been criticizing grass in recent years and just like they used to criticize clay before Martha sized her opportunities on that surface.

in recent years, serena and nadal are the only two players to have won slams on all the three major surfaces in the same year......clay, grass and hardcourt......

in fact nadal is the only men's tennis player in the history of tennis to accomplish that feat.....winning french open 2010, wimbledon 2010 and us open 2010......
