Happy that Aga won! But she wasn't good until 1-3 in the 2nd when she reeled off almost a double bagel.

I doubt she'll be pleased when she sees the stats. 26 winners: 31 unforced errors. Too high for her. The ratio definitely improved as the match went on but she's a bit lucky CSN checked out early.

 CSN isn't going anywhere if she keeps losing the match like this, very important match for a big win, had a good lead and then let Radwanska in the match to kick her butt for the rest of the match.

Not good for CSN at all. But ITOH I'm glad the world no.2 wasn't embarrassed in the second round in grand slam.

Good Job Radwanska, now beat JJ too :oh:

Suarez Navarro has such a clean style, watchable game, but itīs not for the first time she just couldnīt play her best troughouth the whole match. BP for 4-1 in second and then fell apart.

I can't at this match. Aga was useless in the 1st set, while Carla was very smart and consistant. And then the choke came, Aga started hitting harder and going for her shots. Thank you Lord!

Too bad for Carlita but she just collapsed mentally and physically in the 2nd set

Can't believe she wound up with more winners :sobbing: She was DIRE in the first set and a half.

she needed to, Carla was couterpunching with her toe to toe and most of the time Radwanska will lose. When she stepped up the tempo and start dictating points, no doubt it threw CSN out of comfort zone as Radwanska by far has better skills with shot placement and precision. Aga has done the right thing to change the game plan to actively attacking rather than passively pushing the point.

Carla Suarez has an attractive game to watch and it certainly looked like she would win easily at 3-1 second set, i was ready to acknowledge that it would have been deserved at that point. Still don't know what happened then, sure Aga raised her level considerably but Carla's game just imploded .

Anyway congrats :cheer: and GL next round Aga. Better next time Carla.

And what makes you say sth like that? Because she's winning? That annoys you?
Can't deal with some having succes:wavey:
You're an embarrassement and a post like that above one show how shallow and bitter you are.

Agatha truly sucked today and her play should be put under disussion, but you have NO right to make such a statement like: she's a horrible person! I mean wtf?

I seriously doubt it tbh. Aga's level of play hasn't changed, while CSN started spraying errors as soon as she got broken from 3-2* She was maybe tired in 3rd set, but if her level of play wouldn't drop that drastically, she would won in 2.

Actually, if you look at the stats, Aga hit 18 unforced errors in the first set and only 4 in the third. She also improved her first serve percentage from 62% to 79%. Yes, CSN definitely got a lot worse, but you can't argue Aga improved her level as the match went on.

CSN also had a lead over Petra in the final set at the Aussie Open (also second round). She gives the favorites run for their money, but is not able to finish the job and eventually wilts.

Congrats to Aga Radwanska

you say you are not interested in this game so why on live forum you was trolling all time?

Aga actually has no weapons against CSN.... Her shots are ridiculously slow and powerless , absolutely 0 (zero)finishing strikes in her arsenal. CSN has enough time to reach and return any ball even which are touching the lines

She got used to redirecting poweful shots coming from ballbashers , but today she has no plan , no weapons against such different style

Aga's form is a big question mark. This was a kind of match she used to win losing 1-3 games. Is it the injury? Could be but Aga seems physically unprepared as well. It is really concerning when someone like Carla actually imposes her style of game, and Aga returns to her passive counter punching.

I wouldn't put any money on Aga, I think she should be gone in the next round....I hope I am wrong too

What a meltdown from Carla, 3-1 BP in the 2nd, and she completely lost the plot. Shame, she was playing smart, being patient and going for it when needed, Aga was clearly frustrated. She had that in the bag, but against someone like Radwanska you need to finish it off fast, you can't let her back in because she will take it.

Jankovic can't summon up a level high enough to last longer than a set these days against a top player. A bad match up for Jankovic too in many respects.

Radwanska could easily vulture her way through to another GS QF playing like crap.
