I was really impressed with Lara, as this was the first time I've seen her play. Also, Jelena played really well, even as she complained nonchalantly about the challenge computer. Fun match.

Jelena's dress was perfect in its simplicity, and the crowd seemed to love Jelena. :lol:

i was there live. JJ was ok--she was entirely too passive, especially on forehand. So many of the rallies went on longer than they needed to. It's good she wanted to cut out UEs but that's not going to cut it later on. At one point they showed a stat that JJ had 10 backhand winners and no forehand winner and Lara had 11 forehand winner, no backhand. :lol: JJ's 3 serve flops were hilarious, as was her comment about the hawkeye :lol: She was so wrong on that call. Always entertaining JJ! Good luck vs. Aga

She hit some serves that would work in table tennis...

Epic fail serving, but otherwise decent match from Jelena. Great defence, backhand great as always.

Lara has the tools to be a really good clay court player, her forehand is nice.
