It was with Arn today if she had just been more consistent should have been closer... lucky for Kiri she was solid.

Arn was dreadful

Arn can play really well but just can't be consistent enough to really threaten someone like Maria these days... Some nice points though.

Best performance since ages, Schätzelein.

Good serving, making Kirilenko look like a pusher at times if it were not for the plethora of UE...

Looks like Greta had a thrombosis again looking at the sock she was wearing.... :scared:

Arn can play really well, but is streaky.

Toward the end Masha started playing ALOT better.

Straight sets win is good :)

Maria started to serve and play well in second set.

Still LOLing at Virginia Wade saying Arn's errors were 'good errors' :hysteric:

Maria's 1st serve percentage in the first set was very low. She still managed to play pretty well and didn't face any bps. Greta played some nice points but lots of errors too. Keep it up, Kiri :cheer:

unfortunately she had after Eastbourne.:(

oh No:( Why does it happen to her? Is she not drinking enough water? Not stretching enough on those long flights? Maybe she should invest money in flying business more.
Isn't it pretty dangerous?
Considering that, she really played some nice points. Just not consistent enough, but I agreed with Wade that Arn should achieved a lot more in her career. That win against Cibulkova at the AO was pretty awesome!

I think she was sort of a late boomer which didn't help. I did think she would have a better season after her amazing first WTA title in 2007.
I was very impressed how she got her ranking back from 200+ to around 70 over 30 though. Shows how good a player she can be.
I also agree that she should have been a solid top 50 player.
