well to all of you wondering what happened, very frustrating day for me. The weather was very bad through out the day and the the court I was scheduled to play on was extremely slippery and not in any condition to be played on, after 1 game I complained nd then again in the 3rd at 2-2 40-30 she hit a ball behind me and my knee went in the total opposite direction of my leg and dislocated. I will update more tomorrow

3 of us had it happen mine being the worst since it was raining slightly and we all complained and they said its not there fault

:help:

guess the law courts will decide that, if she decides to go that route. i'm sure tournaments attempt to cover themselves with terms and conditions, and likewise, the itf. without knowing facts and what exactly the players signed up to, its impossible to give an answer to your question.
